  • 12 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup mayonnaise<\/li>\n
  • 1\u00bd tsp rice vinegar<\/li>\n
  • \u00be tsp ground mustard<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd tsp sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped<\/li>\n
  • 6 pieces bacon, cooked, crisp, and crumbled<\/li>\n
  • paprika<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Instructions<\/div>\n

    1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise<\/li>\n
    2. Remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl<\/li>\n
    3. Mash the egg yolks with a fork<\/li>\n
    4. Add the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, ground mustard, and sugar to the mashed egg yolks and stir until well combined<\/li>\n
    5. Mix in the jalapenos and bacon<\/li>\n
    6. Put the mixture in a ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag<\/li>\n
    7. Fill each egg hole with the mixture<\/li>\n
    8. Sprinkle with paprika<\/li>\n
    9. Chill until ready to serve<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
