Since living in Bermuda, we have gone through 5 Hurricanes. 3 being a direct hit and 2 being too close for comfort!
- Igor, we were in our home in Southampton which feels like Fort Knox during a hurricane. Becky spent some time with the Weather Channel’s Jim Cantore (CLICK HERE)
- Fay & Gonzalo, were back to back in the same week. We were living on #SpencerIsland, Mangrove Bay. We lost our signature Palm Tree and Amazing back garden Poinciana during Fay.
- Joaquin, we were living on #SpencerIsland, Mangrove Bay.
- Nicole, which was only a week ago from this blog post, we were living on #SpencerIsland, Mangrove Bay. We lost another Poinciana in our dinging garden. We had to hold a window pane in it’s frame, facing the Hurricane, for over 2.5 hours…and had a celling crash in on us.
